Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350 F. (176C) and grease a 9x5 inch bread pan or line with parchment paper.

Step 2: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda and salt.

Step 3: In a large bowl, melt butter then add sugar. Whisk in the yogurt, eggs, bananas and vanilla.
