This recipe takes everything you love about a classic summer barbecue and tosses it into one incredible bowl. With seasoned ground beef, crispy bacon, sweet corn, and a smoky, tangy dressing, this dish delivers bold flavors in every single bite. It moves far beyond your standard macaroni salad, offering a savory experience that truly stands out.

This pasta salad can be served slightly chilled, at room temperature, or heated through. Leftovers are equally delicious heated in the microwave.

Step 1: In a medium bowl whisk together all of the dressing ingredients. Cover and place in the fridge .

Step 2: Cook pasta just until al dente according to package directions. Rinse with cold water and drain. Add to a large bowl and toss with half the dressing

Step 3: Brown meat in a large skillet over medium heat. Seasoned with garlic powder, onion powder, ground cumin, salt, pepper and smoked paprika. Drain off excess grease. Stir in green chiles. Set aside to cool while you chop your veggies.

Step 4: Add beef and all remaining salad ingredients to pasta except bacon and stir.

Step 5: If serving immediately, add chopped bacon and stir in desired amount of dressing. If not serving immediately, hold bacon and dressing and add when ready to serve.
Instructions
1/3 Cup. mayo
1/3 Cup. Ketchup
1/3 Cup. Sour cream
1/4 Cup. Salsa
1 1/2 Tbs brown sugar
1 Tbs Each Worcestershire sauce
yellow mustard
apple cider vinegar
1/4 tsp Each Smoked paprika
salt
black pepper
Ingredients
1 1/2 lb pasta
1lbs ground beef
1 4oz mild diced green chiles
1 tsp Each garlic powder
ground cumin
Salt to taste
1 Tbs Each garlic powder
Onion powder
1 Tbs diced canned jalapeno (add more if you like heat)
Half green bell pepper
1 15 oz can black beans (rinsed and drained)
1 15 oz can sweet corn (drained)
1-pint cherry tomatoes halved
1/2 Cup. cubed cheddar cheese
2 Tbs Chopped cilantro
5 Strips of bacon (cooked and chopped)
