Make the creamiest homemade baked macaroni and cheese. This easy recipe uses a secret chicken broth trick and a rich cheese blend for ultimate flavor.

Ultimate Creamy Baked Macaroni and Cheese Recipe

Few dishes bring people together quite like a bubbling, golden pan of homemade macaroni and cheese. It stands as the undisputed king of comfort food, offering warm, cheesy goodness in every single bite. However, not all macaroni and cheese recipes deliver the same results.

Many homemade versions end up dry, grainy, or entirely lacking in flavor. This recipe completely changes the game. We use a unique cooking technique and a carefully crafted custard base to ensure your pasta stays incredibly creamy, even after baking. We also pack the dish with a dynamic blend of spices and cheeses that elevate it from a simple side dish to a spectacular main course.

Notes/Special Instructions

Boiling the macaroni in chicken broth adds a ton of flavor. It almost tastes like the mac and cheese contains meat. It helps reduce the amount of seasoning you have to add later on.
