  • 1 package frozen chopped spinach, thawed

  • 1 (8 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

  • 6 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided

  • 3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic

  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • Salt, to taste

Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375 F (190 C)

Step 2: Place strainer over a large bowl and add spinach to squeeze out as much water as possible and discard water.

Step 3: Combine spinach, artichoke hearts, garlic, cream cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese. Season with salt, black pepper, parsley and garlic powder mix and set aside.

Step 4: Lay out dough on some parchment paper and slightly stretch it to an 8x 12 rectangle. Cut dough into 2 inch squares, so you have 24 squares total.

Step 5: Lightly grease a mini muffin tin and place a square in each slot, gently pushing down to create an indent.

Step 6: Scoop one teaspoon of your spinach mixture on top of each crescent square and gently push in. Spread the remaining mozzarella cheese over the top of each cup

Step 7: Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
